This year, we expanded our product portfolio with the launch of Nygone 24, a next-generation aerospace coating remover designed to meet the evolving demands of aerospace and mission-critical environments. Our Q3 update captured several important milestones that reflect Nycote’s continued momentum. We were featured in an industry spotlight that highlighted our long-standing research collaborations and technical expertise, reinforcing Nycote’s role as a trusted partner in advanced coatings and materials science.

Global and Regional Industry Engagement

Throughout the year, Nycote actively participated in key aerospace and defense events, including the Paris Airshow, MRO Americas, MRO Europe, and Aircraft Interiors Expo. These engagements allowed our team to connect with industry peers, customers, and partners while showcasing our latest technologies and capabilities. Closer to home, we also deepened relationships within the Santa Clarita Valley aerospace and defense community, supporting collaboration and shared innovation.

Powering the Future of Aerospace & Defense

Our team is launching Southern Pacific Aerospace and Defense Alliance, SPADA, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and advancing the aerospace and defense community. Built to connect leaders, innovators, and emerging talent, SPADA creates a trusted platform for knowledge sharing, workforce development, and regional partnership. Through focused programming, industry engagement, and shared purpose, we are laying the foundation for long-term growth and collective impact. 

Expanding Our Capabilities

Lab Build-Out at Our New Headquarters

A major milestone this year was the continued build-out of our laboratory and manufacturing space at Nycote’s new headquarters. This expansion represents a significant investment in our future, enhancing our ability to support advanced R&D, product testing, and scalable production. Our new location will be open and functioning starting the first half of 2026.

The upgraded lab environment positions Nycote to accelerate development cycles, improve responsiveness,  support next-generation coatings engineered for demanding applications, and increase production capacity.

We also introduced a fully redesigned Nycote website, created to better serve customers, partners, and industry professionals. The new site delivers:

●    Expanded insights into applications, industries, and use cases
●    Improved access to resources such as blogs, case studies, and technical content
●    A more intuitive, user-friendly navigation experience

This redesign reflects our focus on transparency, education, and making it easier to connect customers with the solutions and expertise they need.
